Calibration Vaporizer

Calibration vaporizer is a device used to precisely calibrate sensors or devices for gas detection. In order to evaluate the precision of gas detectors or other instruments that measure gas concentrations, it is used to create a precise and repeatable concentration of a gas or vapour. Instruments that detect a broad range of gases, including toxic and flammable gases, can be calibrated using calibration vaporizers. The apparatus usually consists of a vaporising chamber, a pressure regulator, and a gas cylinder. The gas is controlled to a particular pressure before being heated to a particular temperature in the vaporising container.
